カンファレンスの開催形態について
現在、世界的に感染が拡大している新型コロナウイルスによる感染症について、8th WEAJカンファレンス実行委員会は主催者として、対策チームを組織し、常時最新情報の収集に努め、具体的な対応策の検討を進めておりましたが、拡大している状況を鑑み、6月19日-20日に予定していたカンファレンスは11月6日へ延期をすることと決定しました。
また、感染症対策の一環として、対面開催を行わず、WEAJカンファレンスとしては初の試みである、カンファレンス会場からライブ配信を行うオンラインとのハイブリッド型カンファレンスを実施致します。参加者の皆様には感染症等の影響を気にせず、安心してオンライン参加して頂きながら、ライブ感を少しでも感じて頂けるようなカンファレンスにしたいと思います。
なお、カンファレンスは、「Ｚｏｏｍ」のアプリを用いて実施致しますので、当日までにアプリの取得等、準備頂けますと幸いです。
The type of participation in the conference
The World Health Organization (WHO) declared a global health emergency concerning the new coronavirus outbreak in the World. The committee members of the 8th WEAJ conference organized the team to collect the most up-to-date information and make the appropriate decisions for this emergent situation in the timely fashion. After much consideration,
We postponed the Conference to November 6.
It has been decided that the conference will be held online.
The conference will be held using an app called Zoom. Please prepare the app for the conference.
